We got to furnish a gorgeous four bedroom, three bath home this week in Des Moines, IA with our friends at Sage Homes, a custom home builder local to the area. We knew we would be a great fit when we saw the quality and integrity of their work. We also got to work with one of our very favorite accessory stylists at Ann Marie + CO. We are always so pleased with how they make our furnishings sing with their effortlessly stylish additions.

Where

The tour is one of six homes in the Home Show Expo 2021, which is hosted annually by the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines. All homes are located on the same street.

Our furnishings are featured in home number three located at 407 N 36th Street, Cumming, IA.

When

The tour runs through July 10th to July 25th.

Ticket costs for all guests are $15.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.

All parking will be on site.

If you didn't know, Monica and the team work on each room in a show home for months. We go through possible design concepts, and when we land on something that inspires everyone - we order all the spinning pieces and hope for the best.

We had a blast selecting the art, bedroom furniture, linens, and rugs for this space. All available on our website and for purchase of course.

We had a couple last minute changes as creatives usually do - this space is one we are really excited to show you in full.

 

 

The space was been deemed the Zen area - and we are all at peace right when we walked in. We styled it with a stunning and fresh jute rug, our surfboard coffee table, and some clean and spacious open shelving console that Ann Marie + Co styled to perfection.

 

 

The living room and kitchen area are spaces we have to make you wait to see - so all I can tell you is that every piece we set in those spaces fit exactly how they did in our minds. Many happy dances followed!

 

 

Lastly, though there's so much more - I can't leave you hanging with the master bathroom! Here's a little sneak peek of the gorgeous and private bath with a view.
