How quickly will my order ship?

Most items ship within 5 days of your order unless noted by a lead time at checkout.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

After your order is placed, you can sign into our order tracking software 24/7 to see updates! Track your order here.

Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm CST to assist with special delivery requests, provide an update, and address any questions about your order.

Standard vs Expedited

Standard Curbside & White Glove

Most standard orders arrive to your home within 2-4 weeks which includes time for your order to be processed in the warehouse, assigned a freight driver, loaded by the driver, in transit to your city, and then final delivery scheduled.

Expedited Curbside & White Glove

Most expedited orders arrive within 2 weeks. When you upgrade to expedited shipping, we partner with a premium freight company who can pick up your order from our warehouses ASAP and route it directly to your city.

Shipping Protection

Why do you offer shipping protection?

Shipping protection is peace of mind when shipping valuable items and allows us to take excellent care of you -- thank you for supporting an independently owned small business.

With shipping protection:

If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or is lost in transit:

-Submit a quick 60 second claim form with Extend Protection.

-You will quickly receive a gift card for the full amount of your order to quickly expedite a free replacement of the item.

-You skip all claims documentation, repair methods, and back and forth logistics.

-You are guaranteed a brand new replacement.

Without shipping protection :

If your order arrives damaged, flawed, or is lost in transit:

We care about you and your order and will work diligently to get this taken care of as soon as possible.

Please note claims can take up to four weeks to be fully resolved.

-Please submit 4-6 photos of the damaged packaging, a video, and coordination with our logistics department for a personalized solution.

Is it optional?

Shipping protection is an optional feature we offer to ensure you receive a flawless piece.

International Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to many areas including Canada, Europe, Australia & beyond. Shipping rates and any applicable duties/taxes will auto-calculate in your cart for an easy checkout.

Are all products available for international delivery?

Furniture, Art, Lighting - Available for freight delivery in Canada & USA. For Europe and Australia customers, we offer a per piece rate of $750 USD to deliver with a minimum order of $3000 USD. Please contact our team at design@amethysthome.com for a personalized invoice.

Small goods -- available to ship.

How much is international shipping?

Rug shipping options are available in check-out. For furniture, art, and lighting delivery beyond USA & Canada, please contact our team for a personalized invoice.

Are taxes/duties applicable?

Applicable duties and taxes will be collected at time of purchase in the checkout.
